About this course
The Bachelor of Divinity (BDiv) is taught by Catholic Institute of Sydney and accredited by The University of Notre Dame Australia. This foundational degree is designed to provide students with a grounding in philosophy, Sacred Scripture, Catholic theology, and associated disciplines. The Bachelor of Divinity develops in graduates broad knowledge and skills across a range of theological and related disciplines and more specialized knowledge and skills in at least one discipline. It develops communication skills, both oral and written, and research skills. The Bachelor of Divinity can also serve as a pathway to further study and/or as a framework for professional ministry training. Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) in this program are also available for eligible students.
